Cancellation Policy
Studio X Creative Lab (SXCL) Policy Details 1. BOOKING AND PAYMENTS: All bookings must be confirmed with full payment prior to the scheduled date. Payments are non-refundable unless SXCL cancels the booking. 2. USE OF SPACE: Users must maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols. Alterations, subletting, or unauthorized modifications to the space are prohibited. 3. LIABILITY: Users are responsible for damages or loss incurred during their booking. 4. TIME MANAGEMENT: Sessions must adhere to the reserved time. Overages may incur additional charges. 5. PROPERTY AND STAFF RESPECT: All property, equipment, and staff must be treated with respect. 6.
